This KCNC Upper Headset Assembly is beautifully machined with both weight reduction and aesthetics in mind. Strength and durability are equally considered with Enduro 440C stainless steel angular contact bearings as our choice for strength and corrosion resistant performance. This upper headset uses an internal cup for a 44mm head tube inside diameter.

An 1-1/8" Enduro 440C stainless steel angular contact bearing is included. A compression ring that works on both straight 1-1/8" and tapered fork steer tubes is included, along with stainless steel shims for perfectly spacing the bearing cover. The star-fanged nut and a beautifully machined top cap are included.

This upper headset assembly can be used in two different applications:

1) The top of a 44mm ID straight head tube
2) The top of a 44mm x 56mm ID tapered head tube
